Founded in 2016, Neobiomics today delivers high-quality products to neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) in more than 20 countries across Europe and the Middle East. Our portfolio includes ProPrems®, a leading multi-strain food supplement, and NeoMega36®, our recently launched, in-house developed product. We sell through a combination of direct sales and regional distributors and continue to expand rapidly.
Whom are we seeking?
We are expanding our team and are now looking for a Product Manager for ProPrems®, our first and largest product by sales. This role is critical to the continued growth and success of ProPrems®, a food supplement used in neonatal intensive care.

Experience building KOL strategies from scratch, establishing and nurturing trusted relationships with key opinion leaders.
Strong commercial mindset and business acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to growth, revenue, and impact.

As Product Manager, you will be the champion of ProPrems® and have end-to-end responsibility for its commercial success. You will coordinate across functions, align stakeholders, and work closely with sales to ensure our product reaches patients globally.
Areas of Responsibility
Lead cross-functional initiatives, influencing and aligning teams across Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Manufacturing.
Own the ProPrems® product vision, shaping value propositions, benefits, and messaging from concept to market.
Develop sales forecasts and prepare batch orders
Plan, coordinate, and execute the agreed marketing plan in line with budget expectations
Plan and execute marketing activities and sales support initiatives, including:
Creating and updating content and tools to engage customers and generate leads across digital and face-to-face channels
Analyzing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI and driving improvements based on data and insights
Contributing to the execution of impactful medical congresses and conferences that strengthen Neobiomics’ market position
Supporting the sales team with tools and materials that add value for customers
Developing medical education programs, including webinars and digital on-demand content hosted by Neobiomics
Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales
Collaborate with distributors and support them on product-specific needs
Develop and manage KOL strategy and relationships with other key stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
Experience in marketing or brand management within hospital-based businesses, such as pharmaceuticals, medtech, or medical nutrition
Hands-on marketing execution, including campaign development, medical congresses, and medical education programs
Experience supporting sales teams with marketing tools and initiatives
Proven informal leadership and stakeholder management, able to drive initiatives without formal authority
Hands-on ownership of product strategy and messaging, from concept to market launch
Experience establishing and executing KOL strategies, building trusted relationships with key opinion leaders
Strong commercial understanding, linking product decisions to business outcomes
Highly proactive, thriving in dynamic, fast-growing environments
Structured, collaborative, communicative, with strong presentation skills
Experience working in cross-functional and international teams (English is our working language)
Valid work permit for Sweden
It is an advantage if you also have:
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing
Experience within medical nutrition
Other Information
Neobiomics has a flat organizational structure, and you will report directly to the CEO. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. We work flexibly, with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week. Some travel is required for customer visits, events, and congresses.
