Klarna has chosen to collaborate with staffing company Next u for this consulting assignment. This means that you will be working at Klarna while being employed by Next u. The assignment starts immediately and continues for 6 months, with good chances to be extended.
About the role
As a Recruiter your main focus will be to attract and hire experts into Klarna, and be successful in doing it. This role also include leading and mentoring a small team of experienced recruitment specialists. The majority of your time is spent in our Commercial and Marketing organisation but you will also work in other divisions and markets to find the best talent. The whole world is your candidate database. It doesn’t matter if you find candidates through search, referrals, ads or events. In the end it’s about hiring the best people out there, and doing it efficiently.
How are you
We are looking for a Senior recruitment specialist or Recruitment manager who is used to a high paced environment. To be successful in this role we would also like to see that you have:
- A few years of recruitment experience, preferably both inhouse and in an recruitment agency
- Well rounded search skills with an ability to identify the very best talent out there
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Ability to lead and mentor experienced recruiters
- Experience running campaigns and other recruitment related projects
- Proficient language skills in English and, preferably, Swedish
