New Business Manager to House of Radon
Do friends and colleagues refer to you as a social chameleon? Great! Do you get a kick out of holding important presentations for big-shots at some of the most exciting brands right now? Even better! We are looking for someone who’s as organized as he/she is an initiative taker. A person that has experience from project managing but has always been a seller at heart. We call it a New Business Manager.
About the role
The role means that you’d both be managing projects for our clients as well as being part of our growing sales team with a variety of different tasks:
-Create all kinds of communication, ranging from PR plans, film production, website production and full-blown marketing campaigns.
-Manage projects on a daily basis and ensure expectations are met.
-Create budgets and time plans and make sure they are met.
-Create creative briefs that convey the client’s needs to the creative team.
-Build proposals for existing and new clients and be a part of pitching them.
-Radon events – come up with event ideas, who to invite as well + follow up afterwards.
-Have a lookout for other relevant events – map out, book events to attend or for Radoners to speak at.
-Identify new client prospects and find clever ways to engage with them.
-Cold call, send emails, set up meetings with potential new clients.
-Create smaller presentations as reason to meet (eg. trends, competitor analysis, case-presentation etc.).
Who are you
-2-4 years of experience working at an ad agency or similar.
-Excellent client management skills.
-A love for understanding and convincing people.
-A competitive and positive mindset.
-Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
-Enjoy doing a variety of different things and having several projects ongoing at the same time.
-Knowledge about the whole process of creating a successful campaign from strategy to activation.
-A real business understanding
